Repair Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System in 15637
AJ was prompt, courteous, and fun to deal with. He assessed my situation quickly and got my furnace up and running in no time. I had just bought the house and it had sat empty for over a year and the oil tanks had been run dry. There had been water in the basement and I had no idea if anything with the heating system would function. AJ gave great advice on cleaning that I could do to improve the furnace efficiency as well as all the advice I needed to combine my former duplex-now single family home's two duct systems into one. Great guy. Only minor complaint was that my initial quote didn't include a fee for him to bleed the fuel lines.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He absolutely new within 2 minutes what the problem was and what was needed to repair.
My only complaint is the price model used. I researched the cost of the replacement part and it is only $320 after taxes. The total repair cost was estimated at over $600.
Needless to say - I will be purchasing the part myself and replacing the malfunctioning Inducer. I was a little dissappointed in the overal cost for labor, seeing that there was only the removal of 5 screws and replace entire unit - a little costly for such a quick job.
