I had an unnerving incident where our front porch lightbulb burst into flames as I was going out to pick up our paper. I e-mailed ServiceMagic; Larry responded, and rearranged his schedule to check out our electrical system that same morning. He determined that it was a faulty bulb, and nothing was wrong with our wiring, which was quite a relief. Then he did a few other jobs that we had been thinking about, like installing an outside outlet. Larry was professional and pleasant, and quick and competent, and we will definitely use his services again. What started out as a scary morning turned out OK thanks to Larry!
