I was completely happy with the initial help from Stephanie who helped me decide on the type of fan/light/heater for my master bath. She did a lot of research for me and got back to me in a timely fashion. Dave did the installation. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. There were no hidden fees. I was charged exactly what was stated the previous day. They also were great at fitting me in right away due to me trying to arrange my appointment for the painters.
