Ours was a very easy fix, locating a GFI and pushing a button (all of 15 seconds). The representative was helpful, friendly and informative. My shock was with the charges, although the representative got on the phone with his boss on his own initiative and worked out that I only had to pay for a half hour vs a full hour, I was still out $110. I may need to rethink my line of work . . .

Will came out to hang my lights and was extremely professional and nice. Unfortunately their cherry picker was broken and all he had was a ladder, so he did the best he could with the top part of my house. He also ended up coming alone, since the other guy scheduled didn't show up for work that day. Will worked very hard to make sure that I was happy.
