Their pricing was very competitive. They were professional, courteous and friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. One of the main reasons I chose them was the fact the they are authorized Generac dealers and have experience installing NG standby generators like the one I purchased. Also, they stuck to the price quoted, no surprises which is a testament to their estimator who accurately scoped the project. In addition to the electrical work, they also provided a technician to connect the unit to our natural gas supply. Since they knew what they were doing, they set the unit up for me and tested it several times. They did everything by the book so my warranty is valid as well. Great guys. Great service. Don't hesitate to hire them if you're installing a standby generator.

The person who did the quote was very knowledgeable, listened well to what we wanted done and provided good suggestions, but was not insistent if we declined. The same person did the work and completed the job in less time than expected. One piece of work on the quote did not need to be done, and we were sent a quick refund for that part. Overall, we were pleased with the work, the knowledge base and they also did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.
