The success of any business is communications with the customer and PWHI dropped the ball in this department. We have not heard from them since we sent them their money even though they promised a "30 day followup" for any problems. They also did not respond to our repeated requests for a cost breakdown for our project. However, the team that actually installed the siding did a superb job.
