Sarah is the one that called me to see if I was interested in usingto install my gas dryer. She is very nice, easy to talk too, professional and very pleasant. She scheduled my gas dryer installlation for the very same day. I told her I would need the dryer vent and hoses to install the gas dryer. She told me they will bring them. When it got to be 11:30 or so she called and said he would be there soon he got hung up on another job. Carl showed up at Noon on time. He had to go and get the hoses, another half hour..he came back and installed everything wonderfully. Carl was very pleasant, professional and very neat! I highly recommend them!

They were good overall. The receptionist was a little unclear about the pricing. When asking for a quote you'd expect it to be a total price that they give you. They gave me a quote for $150, but then later, when I called to confirm the price, she told me that the $150 was for each day. Is there any way I should have known that without them telling me? It's not like I get this type of work done all the time. Aside from that, the receptionist was always very friendly and kind on the phone.
I was very happy with the actual work that Carl did. He was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.
