Extremely quick response from Chris. My oven was not heating correctly. Chris figured out the problem right away but couldn't repair it until next day. He returned the next day at the promised time and repaired my oven. I don't think what he charged me was out of line. He fixed my oven the week of Christmas ( I cook/bake a lot) and for that I am grateful.
