The man who came out to my house, Travis Baker, was the definition of professional. He was courteous and completed his job with efficiency and speed. I would absolutely recommend him and his company to anyone and everyone for all plumbing needs. I cannot say enough good things about his work ethic and especially his ability to explain everything he was doing to me in laymen terms. This was by far the best contractor I have had working in my home.

I think the process went well. I was satisfied with everything except what you charged me. A technician was out there for 1.5 hours and you used about 6-8 feet of gas line piping. For that, you charged me over $400. That seems way high. I'm sorry that I didn't call around for some additional bids.
