We had a pipe freeze and crack on a Saturday night. We used the service magic web site to find a plumber and within minutes of completing the form Jesse had called us. Given the late nature of the pipe breakage he couldn't come out that night, but was able to show up early on Sunday morning.
He showed up on time and was proficient and professional with his repair.
