While I have to admit that we found Earl to be very prompt and friendly and the work to be excellent, my husband was frustrated with him. When he arrived, my husband showed him the section of pipe we wanted replaced, and Earl said the location made it difficult and he thought it would be best to just do the smaller section near the pinhole leak. After he had been working on it a while, he came back up and informed us that he thought that we should really have the larger section of pipe replaced before too long. Hubby was upset, as the bill was already higher than we had hoped, and this sounded like he wast trying to get a new job out of it.

I had sewer and water main replaced. Excellant job. We had water leaking in from outside when it rained. They took care of problem with no hassel. Recommend highly.
