Quick, very friendly response to our call to have baseboards drained and removed for kitchen remodel. He came the very next day with an assistant and did the job right then and there. He offered sensible and less exp. solutions than we were advised by another plumber to consider and helped us save hundreds of dollars!!! Even went to walk out the door and told me he'll wait for our call to finish up --without asking for a check for the work he'd already done until I asked what we owe him!! Will work with him until all related projects are complete and continue to call on Paul whenever we have plumbing needs in the future
