Really nice guy, to start with. Didn't find what he expected to find, gave us options for a short-term fix, and a long-term solution. We decided to stop-gap it at the moment, got the part we needed, which was not a common part for him to carry, and he came back later that day and did the repair. He only charged us for one service call. When we decide to go ahead with a more permanent solution to our problem, Art will be the first one we call. Thank you Art.

Art called us immediately and scheduled an appt the same day. He worked on our issue (clogged drain) for over an hour and only charged us for one hour, plus a small part (less than $2). He was very professional, friendly, and exceedingly fair in his billing. We would highly recommend him, we will defintely use him for our next plumbing issue (he also does heating, so will be using him for that if ever needed).
