Ed Hancock was quick to respond to my request for a bid and answered all my questions. He returned all my calls promptly, arrived on time to install the new gas line for my stove. He cleaned up thoroughly and told me to call me with any questions. He even offered me some advice for a new dishwasher I was installing myself. Besides needing to replace my faucetts, he found where my lav. was rusted out and said I needed to replace. He was right. I scraped some of the rust off and it started to leak. I appreciate him being very thorough and observant. I would recommend Bo for any plumbing job.
