The first appointed day, the installer Josh did not show up and left us two voicemails to indicate they had a different emergency. The following week, two installers turned up and did a perfect job of removing the existing gas piping from the gas line through the garage and replacing it with a larger one. They put a new line to the stove in the kitchen, cleaned up the mess, installed an instant-hot tap and unit at the kitchen sink and put in a new water stop valve there.
I would recommend Josh who listened to our current situation, assessed the needs of the gas furnace and water heater and gave us an reasonable quote for 5 hour job.
