Jerry responded immediately with a phone call as soon as I entered my service request into Service Magic. I asked, in general terms, what kind of money we were talking to solve my problem. He immediately told me what the service call cost would be and informed me that he would have to see the specifics of the problem to give me a price. He showed up within the time specified, completed the work within 10 to 15 minutes, and only charged me cost of the service call. Jerry was very friendly and I got the sense that he is a very honest businessman. Would recommend him to anyone.
