Mike was prompt, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He gave us a reasonable quote for several jobs, one of which was to install new fireplace logs. Due to manufacturing issues and a problem with the regulator our HVAC company installed, Mike stuck with his original quote, but came back two more times to complete the job after the HVAC company fixed the regulator issue. He spent several extra hours with us trouble-shooting and communicating with the technical people at the fire logs manufacturers. He took the time to explain things and went way above and beyond to do the job right. We will definitely use his services again!
