Very quick level of service that began with the return phone call to discuss our fireplace issue and then to schedule an appointment. They scheduled a 1pm service call and guess what they were on time (in fact they were a little early!) ... I don't know about others, but my experience with companies that provide a service call has been lacking in the area of "being on time". Jeff was very professional and repaired our gas fireplace in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Fire King and will to the other 90+ condo owners in my community. Thank you!

Fire King, LLC was outstanding, not only did he inform me that he can show me how to do the ajustment, he walk me though the process on how to do it myself next time if I want to. I now will call Fire King, LLC to do my yearly maintence on my Fireplace and Furnace. My quote for the job was $75.00, but due to the time of the job it cost me $50.00. Thank you very much Jeff.

They called me within 2 hours of submitting the request and fortunately we were able to talk, discuss the issues and set an apointment during the first call. Jeff called while on his way to my place, arrived on time and started to work, explaining what he was seeing and fixing and cleaned up the area so the gas fireplace was cleaned up and operating as he left. Great experience!
