Through SM I contacted Highs about installing a $4000 pellet stove. I was told they do this work. Estimators showed up and indicated they could do the job, have done this before, and would do certain things (insulate my liner from flu cap to unit). The next day (they were prompt) they showed with their "senior" installer. Upon asking him, he'd never installed a wood pellet stove before! I felt mislead - both over the phone and through estimators they assured me they do this work. I was their 1st. In addition they didn't insulate the liner, as indicated. All said I got a steep discount and they worked later to make me happy, after the fact.
