We remodeled 2 bathrooms, replaced 2 ceilings, and all exterior shutters and doors were replaced and painted. Jay provided reasonable estimates and understood exactly what we wanted. His work was high quality, done in time, and he was readily willing to work with us on all minor changes we requested. He is extremely diligent in his work, aims to please, and is one of the best contractors we've used. He is an excellent communicator and we often discussed issues and status via e-mail and phone. He and his team cleaned up after their work and did a walk through with us at the end of the job to make sure we were satisfied.

I have nothing but good things to say about working with JCW. We have hired them for a number of jobs because of their high quality workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service. They start on time, complete the job on schedule, and always clean up the work site. Most importantly, they really care about what they do, and their finished product. They incorporate client's needs and wishes, and exceed expectations of a clientele with high standards. More often, I find that they will add finishing touches or make improvements to overall design and function. I recommend them to any one who's looking for quality at a reasonable cost.

Jay runs a first-class operation. He shows up when he says he will; he brings the materials he needs; he helps solve any technical problems. Jay has been especially flexible on my job in that I'm trying to do much of the work myself and don't need him there every day. He's been great about calling me to let me know "what's up." Once he even called me on a weekend morning just to discuss an upcoming construction issue. He's Internet savvy (not every contractor is).

I could go on but suffice it to say--Jay's great; you are making the right decision to go with him. Jay actually makes "dealing with contractors" a pleasant experience.
