He's very nice and sweet guy! He make time to talk with me via paper since I am deaf and we communicate great! I also am new to this and he was willing to explain some and help me understand things better. Good person to work with! I am still waiting for insurance to work things out and once when it works out he will be the person I will like to work with.

Victor came out to assess project within 24 hr. He provided a detailed description of how he would fix the problem, he explained the relevant caveats and he gave an accurate estimated cost. He returned and completed the work in a timely manner (within 48 hr), using top materials and went extra mile to make sure he did quality work. Provided a full written warranty (2 yr labor, 30 yr materials) and left the site clean and clear of all materials/debris. He's not only an experienced contractor, but he's polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend him.
