I interviewed many contractors but Joe and Tom seemed to be very compatible with my tastes and personality. My job is still on going but progress is being made. I was not in a hurry and told them not to rush. I always got a phone call when I would leave a message. My job included repainting inside and out, new windows, new plumbing and new electrical. When I was not happy about something, they changed it till I was happy. My overall experience with these young men is very positive. I would not have hired the cabinet maker if it had not been for them because I could not understand him, but my cabinets are perfection!

Install or Replace Window Glass in 91104

The customer service was very good. The service person did an excellent job. It was clear he knew what he was doing. Their rates are pretty high but they did clearly explain what the labor rate would be and finished the job in the time estimated. I would suggest getting a quote on material fees. You will save a lot of money purchasing the materials yourself as the mark up is incredibly high. I would give 5 stars if it wan't so expensive.

Repair Interior or Exterior Doors in 91355

Good work but two visits were required to replace rollers on a sliding patio door so I was charged two "first hour" rates for one job.
