Chuck called immediately to set up an appointment and spent as much time as I needed to see what I wanted in the garage. Had a lot of input to help me with decisions since he knew what things took up how much space and could tell me what would and would not work in my small garage. Had a computer to give me an estimate on the spot. After I decided to go ahead with project, basic cabinets arrived within a week and Chuck installed them that weekend. He came back the next weekend to install bike racks and a Stor-Wall for hanging shovels, etc. Very good about communication and just generally a trustworthy and good human being. Happy with outcome.
