Michael responded very quickly by phone & e-mail to my request for replacing the torsion springs on my garage door. He gave me a quote the same day and showed up the next morning to actually do the work! He was personable, professional and came across as very knowledgeable. In addition to his skills in repairing my garage door, including coping with a glitch from a repair several years ago by another contractor, he's also very knowledgeable in electrical wiring.
