Michael responded very quickly by phone & e-mail to my request for replacing the torsion springs on my garage door. He gave me a quote the same day and showed up the next morning to actually do the work! He was personable, professional and came across as very knowledgeable. In addition to his skills in repairing my garage door, including coping with a glitch from a repair several years ago by another contractor, he's also very knowledgeable in electrical wiring. I spoke to him about some electrical work and his quote was very reasonable. I DEFINITELY recommend Michael to anyone who needs his services.

Mike called me immediately after I submitted my servicemagic request. When he learned that I could not open my garage door, he offered to come out that evening (Saturday night) and arrived within 45 minutes. Rather than temporarily fix the problem and return next week, he replaced my door spring and made sure everything was working properly. He listened well and explained the problem and solution very clearly. He was courteous, prompt, thorough and reasonably priced. I would definitely use Mike again for any garage door issues.
