Mike was very courteous and competent. He was hired to replace a garage door torsion spring set. He also pointed out that some of the garage door rollers were bent and offered to repair those as well. I accepted, and the door is working much more smoothly than it ever did. All the prices were very reasonable for this type of work. The only small issue I had was that Mike called to cancel my first appointment and rescheduled. He didn't call to cancel until 15 min past his scheduled arrival time. I had stayed at home waiting for him so this was mildly annoying. But he was prompt for the next appointment and the quality was excellent. Thanks.
