Jeff was on time, affordable and knows his trade! Our doors are all very quiet now and closing properly. Only one small rating ding... One of the openers has the same door programed for two of the buttons. BUT he left us the instruction manual to reprogram the remote correctly. We will have Garage Door Doctor back for future maintenance as needed.

As advertised, Chris from OCC showed up at my house at 8:00 AM. He indicated that through ServiceMagic, they had a deeper discount, which he gave me. 2-car garage springs for $178 (5 yr warranty). Another place had this for $175, 1 year warranty. He went over his checklist and gave some great maintenance tips. We also had him replace our rollers (5 years old). Overall, very prompt, professional and within our budget expectations! Customer service was also very pleasant and easy to work with! I called to get an estimate and she also gave me the Service Magic discounted rates over the phone!

nice enough guy but they had to come out twice and charged me both times evne though they ddnt fix it right th first time could have waved the return trip charge but oh well it works
