Serviceman was on time and personable. He allowed me to assist, but did not seem to pay attention to specific details when performing the repair (e.g. lining up previous markers for alignment, etc.). He did talk me through what he was doing and why which I liked. He did not seem to come with a price in mind or a policy on how to do that. Overall, he did accomplish the items I wanted fixed when I placed the call. However, he could not have done that, I'm convinced, by himself without me there. I performed some of the work but with his direction. In the end the job was done and for this reason, I would recommend his company.
