I did not get to meet Stephen personally yet, but he was very polite and accomodating in my interactions with him on the telephone. He coordinated a meeting with a third party in the local area of the garage doors to be repaired, as I live out of state. He was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and understood exactly what I had in mind for the final result of the project. My garage door is in an old "slouchy" building, and Stephen made sure that the old door would work properly even if the building was out of kilter. My friend on site was quite impressed with his work, and I felt that the price charged for the project was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to others looking to have work done on garage doors.
