Eddie called to set up an appointment before I even had a chance to leave the Service Magic website. He would have been out that afternoon if I had been able to arrange my work schedule and he was able to accomodate my schedule for the following morning at 11:00. At 9:30 the next morning, he called to let me know that he had finished with his first job early and wanted to know if he could come by earlier than 11:00. He was at my home by 10:00 and the job was done by 11:00. Eddie and his assistant were both courteous and professional.

The initial response was quick. The appointment was scheduled in a timely matter. The contractor showed up at the appointed time , did the work in the designated time frame and the cost was what was agreed to at the time of making the appointment.
