My garage door was making some loud scraping noises but was not actually broken...was still opening and closing. They came out and thoroughly oiled and greased the parts and actually showed me how to do this myself in the future. All they charged was the basic amount for a service call. They didn't try to oversell me on parts or anything...so I am very happy with the service.
