Very fast response. I needed new torsion springs. Thought my old door opener was going. Spent all day putting in a new one only to figure out the opener was fine, my torsion spring had split. I want online late that night and Precision called first thing in the morning. The guy came on time, was very courteous, and completed the job within an hour. He even re-mounted my openener as he said I had it too high. A little pricey $$$$ but I am pleased with the quality and timing.
