The repair man did an outstanding job. He pointed out some additional work and let me decide if I would like to have the work done. I would have them return and work on my door any time.

Actually, I thought the service was good. The serviceman was nice, he did a good job. But 318.00 for about 30 minutes of work. Tightened the spring and replaced a plastic sprocket. 150.00 for the sprocket, 80.00 to adjust the spring (took maybe 5 minutes) then 50.00 service call (understandable) but 30.00 for "shop supplies"? He sprayed some silicon on my rails... 30 bucks?
Like I said the guy did a good job and was nice, but if I would've known it was going to cost that much, I would've done it myself. That should've been 200.00 just for the convinience. This was just a price gouge. 30 dollars of shop supplies... get real!
