Juan called to schedule an appointment to assess repair requirements. The appointment was kept as scheduled. He explained the amount of work needed in order to properly repair the unit for use. Further, he described his workmanship and the twelve (12) months of warranty on the labor after the repair was made. He basically gave me a good understanding and feeling that he will back up his work. I was satisfied with his communication skills. The repair was made and the unit seems to be working just fine today. Thank you Juan.
