The owner, Ron, called me within 30 seconds of my request and promised to have someone out within the hour. I thought all I needed was a spring adjustment, but the technician, Brian, said although that would solve my immediate problem, it would NOT stop the excessive noise I was hearing, so he recommended replacing the wheels and bearings because the nearly 10-year-old w/b were very rusted and worn out. Because I was short of cash, he allowed me to use the coupon price for the service call, saving me $35.00! Less than an hour later, the work was complete, and I was absolutely stunned by how quietly my door now opens and closes! KUDOS!!
