Mark arrived promptly and took about 60 seconds to diagnos and fix my problem, then he spent the next hour making adjustments, replacing roller hinges, lubricating and just tweaking both my garage doors, he even chipped away concrete so he could align the door guides. He was great and he's definitely got my business anytime I need garage doors worked on or repaired.

He was able to diagnose the issue (which employees of the manufacturer of the garage door weren't able to do over the phone ) and come up with an affordable solution when it became apparent that repairing the garage door would not be a cost effective solution. He was very upfront, direct and honest. Clearly an expert in the field. I plan on using him again in the future to install a new opener on our other garage door.
