The repairman was informed and easy to work with. This was for my Dad's garage door and he said the repairman was one of the few people he's met who seemed to know what he was doing. That was quite a compliment from my Dad who has had multiple strokes and not able to arbiculate well. Quite a few screws had fallen out of the door over time. My Dad handed them to him and the repairman replaced them all plus lubricated the door. He let us know that, although the door opener was old and would eventually need to be replaced, it was still in fairly good working order and didn't require any more work or adjustments.
