The repair person called and informed me when he would be coming on the day of the appointment. He showed up within the promised time, relocated the garage door opener, but the system still did not work properly. Even though it was not his fault, he still charged only the trip cost. I am very impressed by his professionalism.

He quoted me over the phone & charged me exactly what he quoted. He did arrive a few minutes late as he had a dead battery in his truck (with the severely cold weather I understood). I just wanted to note this in case it was a trend. He seemed to take great care to do the extras like grease the chain & the track, make adjustments, etc. I had a very good experience with my 1st time use of this website.
