Mark was prompt at his promised arrival time. I thought that he was quite knowledgeable and skilled. He replaced the springs to the garage door & also replaced a bracket on one of the panel hinges. Last, he pointed out to me simple maintenance I could perform on the garage door. The initial estimate that Mark gave me was about $50 more than the actual cost. I think that was an honest error since he had assumed that I had the more common 16, not 18, foot wide double garage door & assumed I had a single layered, not double layered garage door. Total cost for parts and labor for a lifetime warranted set of springs for the door was $280.
