Frank was prompt and accomodating. I barely finsihed submitting my request and he was on the phone trouble shooting. He made it convenient for me by stopping by the very next day, fixed the problem instead of trying to sell me a new unit, and further provided great service by dropping by later with the two additional remotes I asked for. He and Mark make an excellent team and I would definitely use them again for a future garage project!

Repair or Adjust a Garage Door Opener in 63108
We had a broken garage door spring. They came out that day & were very straightforward about the lifeline of springs. Usually when one goes, the other is not far behind (makes sense, as they were installed originally at the same time as the door itself.) They offer a better value if you replace both springs at once, even if onoy one is broken. They also corrected the closing motion, so it did not slam closed & replaced a broken interior handle. Quick, eiificient and pleasant.
