Very prompt in contacting me upon submitting my request and came out that same day also kept me up to date on his arrival and/or possible delays. Once arrived, he thoroughly evaluated the problem and even attempted to salvage my garage opener but unfortunately, the motor had burned out so it needed to be replaced. Very reasonably priced, great attention to detail and professional workmanship!
