They installed the door opener properly. But the model that was put in was not of the same grade or with the same features as the one that was being removed. I was not given a choice of garage door openers that I may have considered or told the benefits/accessories that come with it. It was just assumed that I wanted the cheapest one. I had to argue and get the same accessories (second remote and door remote). Eric was good otherwise, but he needs to give customers a choice. Also, the new opener (although the same brand) is incompatible with the old remotes and with my integrated car's Homelink garage door opener system. Bummer.
