The worker did not call before coming. He came and diagnosed the problem with our door quickly and fixed the problem quickly, less than 30 min. However, the person doing the repairs did not give us the same prices we got on the phone. The guy on the phone said the price would be labor plus parts, minus the discount for using service magic ($25). The guy doing the repair said we should be charged for the service call, parts, and labor but ended up waving the service call. All and all profesional service and repair but the people in the office and the service people should get on the same page. That would have made everything better.
