The person who came out to the house was personable and straightforward. When I decided to get a new door installed, he set up an appointment within two days. The installation was done quickly and he even repaired a portion of the structure that wasn't part of the installation. He explained how the new door worked clearly. I felt I was dealing with a straightforward, friendly guy. My only concern was that the price seemed a bit high. But my overall experience was very positive.

Andre and his team were very professional. They contacted me first by email, then by phone to set up a time to do the estimate. Their price was more competitive than the other estimate I received, and I felt that he was more experienced in replacing the garage door opener (rail & motor). Two workers did the work in about an hour and a half, with Andre overseeing their work the entire time. They were friendly and efficient and didn't waste time. They upgraded the system for no additional charge because the one he did the quote for wasn't in stock. They even greased the door so that it works smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.
