They were on time, experienced, and courteous. I ad a littl e mix up on the phone with the gal whom I asked questions and there was some discrepancy when it came to the services included. However, the repairman double checked and honored what was told to me on the phone. The repairman was very thorough with his work and gave an overall checkup to my garage system which was also very nice. I would use them again, and let others know.

They contacted me quickly. Gave me an over the phone estimate range which was competitive. Got job because they responded first, very professional. When the service guy arrived, his estimate was more than the phone estimate. When I told him I would call someone else because that was too much, he came down in price to the phone estimate. The economy is tough, so I don't blame the guy, this might bother other people, but I don't mind a small haggle, and this was a very small haggle, to get the price I thought I should pay. He then proceeded to do great work, in a quick time. Overall very pleased.
