Repair or Adjust a Garage Door Opener in 94404

He was honest enough to tell me my opener only needed adjustment/servicing. He didn't try to sell me a new opener when he easily could have.

Repair or Adjust a Garage Door Opener in 94941

The person who came out to the house was personable and straightforward. When I decided to get a new door installed, he set up an appointment within two days. The installation was done quickly and he even repaired a portion of the structure that wasn't part of the installation. He explained how the new door worked clearly. I felt I was dealing with a straightforward, friendly guy. My only concern was that the price seemed a bit high. But my overall experience was very positive.

Repair or Adjust a Garage Door Opener in 94804

Technician arrived on time and took only 10 minutes to adjust a mal-functioning garage door.

What was confusing is that I was told that the service call of $59 would be subtracted from the final bill if I decided to go ahead and have the work done. The final bill was $89 but instead of subtracting the $59, he said that if he had come back another day, then the service call would be subtracted. I called the office and was told again that the service call would be subtracted but when the office realized it would be $30, then the story switched to say that he was not charging a service call fee. They need to get their story straight.
