Harry was very helpful in explaining the project to me and reviewing what I needed to have to install the side mount opener. He also communicated the skills of his contractor so I knew the job would be done right. Fantastic service, immediate response.

The man arrived to install a grage door opener but forgot to brung one with him. He did not have the steel braces that hold the garage door opener to the ceiling even though I was told that he would have all the necessary material. He left one time to get the bracing material and came back with the wrong garage door opener. I was to have a Liftmaster door opener installed and he brought Chamberland. Liftmaster makes Chamberland but it is a cheaper version sold in Home Depot according to consumers. It was to take 1 to 1 1/2 hours total. It took close to 5 before the job was completed. Would you hire them?????
