Experienced: did the job in 45 minutes, way under the 2 hours it would have taken me.

Clever: had the very model I wanted in stock, so I didn't have to go the mall in holiday traffic, fight for a parking space, and stand in a long line at the cashier. Plus, his price was no more -- and possibly less -- than I would have paid

Helpful: disassembled the old model, so I didn't have to get my hands greasy when putting old parts into the trash.

I would have rated this Pro as Five Stars if he had: (1) alerted me that he was stuck in traffic and would be an hour late (2) swept up the old bolts, washers, and screws that dropped on the garage floor.
