My garage door broke on a Saturday and Jack called me Sunday morning. After talking about the issue he came out that day to evaluate the problem and by the next day I had a written estimate. He was available via cell phone to answer any questions, etc. Within two days he was out here getting the garage door and opener installed- and that was with about 6-8 inches of snow on the ground!! I appreciate his professional manner as well as his timely fashion.

Fantastic to deal with!! I had to arrange the installation of two garage door openers (in a new house) from another state. I explained exactly what I wanted, and Eric gave me exact costs. Eric and his helper arriived at the agreed upon time, and did an excellent job under unexpected chaotic conditions (the moving van arrived one day early). They never complained and gave additional ideas for keeping everything working flawlessly.
