The team at Cheney Door Company for which I have dealt with have for the most part been honest and forthright in their presentation on what they have to offer, including pricing. I'm a little surprised with the various quotes I was given for a trip charge, but it was worked out in the end. At this point in the time, the installation looks good and I'm looking forward to having many years of service out of the new garage doors.

A representative from the Cheney Door Company and I had agreed to a price for installation of the door that was to include insulation, hauling off old door and the sales tax. When after the installation I asked for confirmation of agreed upon price, I was quoted a different (higher) price. After a phone call to the Rep., Steve, I was told the price we agreed on would stand. Although I was disappointed with the misquote, I was pleased with the way it was resolved. I was also pleased with the tech who installed the door. He did a professional job.
